From Washington (north):
Take I-5 South to Exit 289, Tualatin/Sherwood. Take a Left at the exit onto Nyberg. Nyberg turns into SW 65 th Ave. Take a Left at the first stoplight onto Borland Road. Take a Right into the first driveway to the Tualatin Professional Center.

From Southern Oregon (south):
Take I-5 North to Exit 289, Tualatin/Sherwood. Take a Right at the exit onto Nyberg. Nyberg turns into SW 65 th Ave. Take a Left at the first stoplight onto Borland Road. Take a Right into the first driveway to the Tualatin Professional Center.

From Northern Oregon Coast:
Take Hwy 26 east to Hwy 217. Follow Hwy 217 south to I-5 south. Take I-5 South to Exit 289, Tualatin/Sherwood. Take a Left at the exit onto Nyberg. Nyberg turns into SW 65 th Ave. Take a Left at the first stoplight onto Borland Road. Take a Right into the first driveway to the Tualatin Professional Center.

From Eastern Oregon:
Take I-84 west to I-5 south.  Take I-5 South to Exit 289, Tualatin/Sherwood. Take a Left at the exit onto Nyberg. Nyberg turns into SW 65 th Ave. Take a Left at the first stoplight onto Borland Road. Take a Right into the first driveway to the Tualatin Professional Center.
