The Rest and Recovery Center at Legacy Meridian Park is a "Home away from home" environment for people who need a caring environment for a brief period of time. The center is designed for guests who may require some assistance with daily activities and supportive nursing care without continuous medical supervision.
The services is managed by Legacy Meridian Park Hospital and is designed to provide a supervised home like environment with immediate access to medical care should unforeseen medical needs or pharmacy services arise.
Two levels of accommodations are available. Short stay service is an overnight service which includes a private room, bath, telephone and television, as well as all meals and assistance with personal care and medications.
Extended stay service are stays that exceed an overnight stay and involve higher personal care support. Extended service also includes the private room, bath, telephone and television.
The rest and recovery center accomodations are not usually eligible for insurance reimbursement. Additionally, charges incurred for medical treatment (such as pharmacy services, radiology, and lab) will incur an additional expense.
